This category is for the use of marketing technologies in the 'real world' to deliver a personalized marketing campaign. Open to single technology use or multiple technologies.

This category is for the use of marketing technologies in the 'real world' to deliver the best customer experience. Open to single technology use or multiple technologies.

This category is for the use of marketing technologies in the 'real world' to uncover insights and then operationalize those insights to achieve a specific outcome. For exapample, using an attribution tool to optimize keyword spend to improve conversion rate and lower CPA.

This category is for companies to submit a combination of technologies that has had the biggest impact when combined. i.e. more impactful when combined than used separately. Entries must be for 2 or more technologies. There is no limit on the number, but the judges will be looking at the most efficient/effective combination to achieve a specific outcome.
